Registration Procedure and Rules
- Registration Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the school office before the end of the registration period.
- Incomplete or illegible Registrations Forms, without photographs will not be processed/accepted.
- Dates for test / interviews will be given at the time of registration. The School authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of the interview.
- Registration Fee is not refundable.
- Registration does not imply admission which is subject to Admission Test / Interview and also to the availability of seats.
- Age for admission to class nursery is more than 3 years and less than 4 years as on 1st April of the academic session in which admission is being sought.
Age should be properly specified on the forms. Request for relaxation of age criterion will not be entertained.
Admission Procedure
- Admission is on the basis of a written test and an interview.
- Admission to Montessori I - II will depend on Interview.
- No specific syllabus is prescribed for the test, but the candidate must have sufficient knowledge of the subjects appropriate for the class lower than that in which admission is sought.
- Results will be displayed on the notice board on the dates specified at the time of interview.
Admission Formalities
- Successful candidates whose names are included in the list must pay the fees by the dates indicated on the list, displayed on the School Notice Board, otherwise admission will stand cancelled.
- Parents are requested to carefully fill and submit the admission form and transportation form at the time of payment of fees.
- The selected students for admission are required to furnish the following documents :
- School leaving or transfer Certificate.
- Mark sheet of the previous examination.
- Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered MBBS Doctor.
- Birth Certificate issued by a competent authority.
- Character Certificate issued by a competent authority.
- Your ward have to report in complete School Uniform, along with books and stationary, as prescribed the School. (Uniform, Books and stationary are available at the bookshop.)
